With humble beginnings as a hobby out of Erin's dining room- Lilith's Locs has transformed into the premiere, fully licensed, dreadlock salon for Wisconsin and beyond. Since 2015, we have serviced clients from every corner of the US, and shipped our hand-crafted loc extensions all over the world. In 2020, Lilith's Locs moved to our current location, and gained some friends along the way! Lilith's Locs now has a whole crew of locticians and support staff to help meet all of our client's needs.

OWNER/LEAD LOCTICIAN
Erin
Pronouns (she/her): Erin is the founder of Lilith's Locs, and lead loctician. She has specialized in crochet style locs and dreadlocks for all hair textures since 2014. Erin is an artist at heart and loves making all of the wool and synthetic dreadlock extensions installed at the salon. A place to express her creativity through color, texture, and style she also sells her extensions online, creating custom looks for clients everywhere. Quirky, optimistic, and eternally curious.
STYLIST/LOCTICIAN
Makayla
Pronouns (she/her): Makayla joined Lilith's Locs in 2020 to learn the Loc trade. She has been a licensed stylist since 2018, and methodically mastered her craft. Since her start at Lilith's Locs, she has blossomed into her true self, and loves helping clients do the same. Her eye for detail makes Makayla our go-to for fades, cuts, and immaculate loc and dread maintenance. A bit of a book nerd, and way more than a bit of a Harry Potter nerd. Ravenclaw to the core.
LOCTICIAN
Asteria
Pronouns (she/her): Asteria is the newest addition to the Lilith's Locs team. She started her hair journey on a mission. Once a client of ours, who felt that her locs had given her the confidence to grow into the best version of herself, she realized she wanted to be able to help others do the same. Asteria became a licensed Barber in 2021, and dove head first into dreadlocks. She specializes in faux locs installation, natural dread creation and maintenance, and making you feel your best. Asteria is a spunky, upbeat human with loads of love for her family and cats. Musically blessed, shoe obsessed, and definitely best dressed.
LEAD SALES
Maggie
Pronouns (she/her): Maggie, Organizer of Chaos-and the glue that holds this salon together. She joined our team in 2021 and we're not sure how we existed before her. Maggie manages all of our online sales, shipping, client scheduling, and correspondence. She even helps make the wool locs we carry! When you have a question, she's your gal. Maggie is a true wandering spirit, and we're so glad her travels brought her to us. Lover of furry friends and caring beyond words.
LEAD FELTER
Megan
Pronouns (she/her): Erin's other other half. The best friend you're born with. Megan is Erin's sister and lead felter of all the wool dreads we sell at Lilith's Locs. Megan began her career with us in 2022, stepping up to help us keep up with orders, even though she lives all the way over in Minnesota. Megan is a dedicated mother and crazy plant lady. Truly compassionate, Megan never hesitates to help a person (or animal) in need. When she's not busting butt making wool locs, you can find Megan in her backyard, working on befriending a family of crows.
HR/MAINTENANCE
Josh
Pronouns (he/him): Certified good boy. Josh is the man behind the curtain at Lilith's Locs, making sure everything runs smoothly. Josh is Erin's partner in life, and co-founder of Lilith's Locs. He's passionate about creating a space for our employees and clients alike to feel safe and welcomed. Accounting, business management, fixing all the things we break, and keeping Erin sane, are just a few of his regular duties. Josh is down to earth, but has just enough of his head in the clouds. His passions include puppies, making mead, and enjoying life through nature and friendship.
