DEPOSIT POLICY
Please note that some services require a deposit. This includes but is not limited to natural loc creation, extension installations, and custom wool and extension creation. These services also require a consultation before any appointment will be scheduled. For any service that requires human or synthetic hair, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking for the cost of the extensions. For larger appointments such as dread creation or extension installation: If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you cancel at least 1 week prior to avoid loss of your deposit, and at least 1 month prior to avoid loss of your custom extension deposit.
CANCELATIONS
We require a 72 hour notice for all cancelations. For medium length services with a deposit such as loc maintenance and wool loc installs, to avoid loss of your deposit, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance if you are unable to make it to your appointment. We understand that life can be crazy! If there are extenuating circumstances such as weather or an emergency, please contact us to discuss your options. We will do our best to work with you!
NO-SHOWS
If you are not able show up for your scheduled appointment without first contacting the salon to cancel, if a deposit was made for the appointment, it will be forfeited. We completely understand that things happen! Please contact us and we can discuss options. Repeated no-shows may be subject to prepaying for appointments.
